Strange laws around the world

When Maria told as to do this particular homework i never thought that around the world it could be such a strange and weard laws in so many countries, i have to say that i was very surprised. For example, in Thailand, it is illegal to leave your house if you are not wearing underwear jajaja amasing! And in Sweden while prostitution is legal, it is illegal to use the services of a prostitute (so, what the hell does prostitutes do?). But that´s not all; in Switzerland, there´s a lot of funny laws, for example, clothes may not be hung to dry on Sunday, you may not wash your car on a Sunday, it is illegal to flush the toilet after 10 P, and, even though it is illegal to produce, store, sell and trade absinth (special alcohol), it is legal to consume it!!! When i was checking the laws of Singapore, i found a lot of weird stuff to. Just to number a few: Homosexuals are not allowed to live in the country, Oral sex is illegal unless it is used as a form of foreplay, pornography is illegal, and, as it is considered pornographic, you may not walk around your home nude, and, the sale of gum is prohibited!!! (Bizarre, dont you think?). Finally, but not less important jaja, i thought that the funniest law of all, was one named in France, that said that no pig may be addressed as Napoleon by its owner!!! I just could believe it when i read it.

Amy Greenhouse no no no

This video it´s about a character of Greenpeace. She (or he jaja) went to a protest to see what´s going on. At first she didn´t understand why people were so upset about the construction of a third road in the airport, ´cause ahe thought that change were always a good thing. But when people finally explain her that the construction could affect on a really bad way the enviroument she decided to get part of the cause.

I think that we should all take care of thing related with our enviroument, because we are all responsable to take of our planet, and we should, just like amy greenhouse did, get inform, we should make cuestions, we should concern about the problems around the world, because if we don´t do it, who will?

Happiness is family??

uff! that a huge question, and maybe with a lot lot of answers.
I have to say that, in my opinion, happiness depends of a million things, and family could be or not a responsable of that. There´s a lot of relationships in every person´s lifes that could be as important as the relationship with your family, or, who knows, even more important.

In my particular experience, my family it´s a huge part of my life, every one it´s very important to me, not only my mother, father and my brother, but also my granparents, my ancles, and my cousins. I also considered as a part of my family my little stepsister, ´cause she´s been living with me since she is about two years old (know she´s eight), and we really get along; she´s the sweetest thing ever.
I also considered my friends as one of the most important parts of my life.

So, who the hell am I??

Ok, my name is Francisca Gómez, i´m studing psychology in the second year. i´m from Punta Arenas, i´ve been living in Santiago for about two years and i have to say that my life has completely changed. Now i take more than 45 minutes on the bus to arrive to university (in punta arenas it took me about five minutes walking to arrive to school), i live in an apartment only with my brother and i´m always in a hurry. Summers are really hot here (in punta arenas it is freezing all year), and some people don´t even know how it is to see and play with the snow. So, a lot of things have changed for me, but not on a bad way, on the opposite, my life here is great, i have met a lot of people, I love university, my course is amazing, and i think it´s fantastic to live in a huge city where there is no time to get bored.
This is my second blog, which is pretty amazing ´couse i never thought i would have a blog, becouse i really have a bad relationship with computers (sometimes we hate each other jaja), but know that i have more experience maybe we could get along.

this is my last english subject, so all i really want it´s to have fun (i like english, so i would probably enjoy the subject), and learn all that i can to improve myself.
